Choose a single-phase or three-phase configuration. FH must confirm final equipment and supported backup loads against site conditions.

The kW figure identifies the controller option, not an unconditional backup-output guarantee. Panel quantity, total PV capacity and installation scope require a separate design.

Backup designed around your home’s loads

This is a design enquiry, not a fixed-quantity or fixed-price equipment package. FH assesses household loads, phases, roof, existing equipment and installation conditions before specifying the controller, battery quantity, Gateway and backed-up circuits.

• 24.8% is module conversion efficiency under standard test conditions, not a claim of 24.8% more electricity than another system. Actual generation depends on orientation, shading, weather and system design.
• The manufacturer’s 0 ms transfer statement has test conditions: Gateway, Energy Controller and battery together, grid open circuit, and controller rated power greater than total backup load. It is not an unconditional guarantee for every home or every load.
• Continuous backup power and duration depend on the controller, battery quantity and state of charge, per-phase loads and installation design. The manufacturer specifies a maximum continuous power of 4.6 kW for one BAT 10.0 module; gateway throughput is not available backup output power.
